We will tell you of any major plans that affect you, your home or the service we provide to you. We will actively seek your views about such plans and take them into account before we make a decision.
We will consult you on all important housing issues such as:
-
policies about housing management, repairs and maintenance if the proposal is likely to significantly affect you
-
proposals for changes in rent and service charges
-
proposals for selling or transferring your house to another landlord
-
decisions about the information to be provided relating to our standards of housing management and performance
-
performance standards or targets in relation to the housing –management, repairs and maintenance
-
our tenant participation strategy.
Any consultation with you will include giving you comprehensive information in an accessible form, and with reasonable time to express your views.
Have your say!
