To register with Falkirk Council your group must complete a registration form, along with a copy of your group's constitution. The constitution must comply with the Criteria for Registration, as set out in the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Registration of Tenant Organisations) Order 2002.
You can download the application form for Registered Tenants Associations (PDF, 23KB)|, or you can pick one up from any Neighbourhood Office/One Stop Shop, and return it to the postal address or e-mail address on the back of the form.
