Tenant Involvement
To help tenants and other service users influence service quality, the Tenant Participation Strategy contains an Action Plan. This is regularly reviewed by tenants and staff through the Tenant Involvement Group (T.I.G.).
In May 2010 the T.I.G published a consultative draft action plan review (PDF, 498KB)| and a feedback form (PDF, 35KB)|. You can read about the outcomes of this review in the Winter 2010 edition of 'In the Neighbourhood'|.
Current work of the Tenant Involvement Group includes helping to prepare for the Social Housing Charter by looking at new ways to involve all of our service users in influencing service quality. See the 'Documents' Section of this page for details of the T.I.G's recent activities.
