We operate a planned maintenance programme where we aim to visit all houses and lock-ups every 5 years to make sure that properties are kept in the best possible condition.
The works covered in the programme include:

the external painting to all previously painted surfaces such as windows, doors, fascias/soffits, gutters/downpipes etc. together with any related essential repair work. In addition to this, all communal stairwells are painted where necessary

minor fabric repairs

cleaning and water testing gutters, along with any necessary repair works to roofs and chimney heads

repairs to footpaths, fences, gates etc within the property boundaries, where possible.
