Update 2007

The Local Housing Strategy Update 2007| reports on progress in relation to three key areas:

• housing need
• house conditions
• regeneration and partnership activity

The Local Housing Strategy (LHS) process is under review to ensure it is fit for purpose and takes account of local policy initiatives and national legislation. This process is ongoing and the LHS Update 2007 reports on work to date.
