How to apply for a house

Homespot| is Falkirk Council's new choice based way of letting houses.

There are a number of ways in which applicants can bid for a property.

If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless you should contact the Accommodation Resource Centre (ARC), 21 -25 High Street, Falkirk. Telephone Number 01324 503600 or Freephone 0800 387 4440.

Staff at ARC will carry out a detailed assessment of your situation to decide if you are homeless in terms of the law.
