Loretto Housing Association provides housing for both people with special needs and those looking for general needs housing usually in a mixed development.
Loretto’s client group is varied including people with a history of homelessness, people with mental health problems, individuals with a learning disability and vulnerable young mothers. In most of Loretto’s developments there are a small number of properties built to full wheelchair access standard.
Loretto work closely with the Council’s Housing and Social Work Service when they are allocating their supported properties.and homeless people are referred from the Council’s Accommodation Resource Centre for the shared accommodation at Garry Place.
