This project aims to support minority ethnic individuals to access training opportunities, acquire skills and increase their employability. The project is seeking to:

Further identify and tackle old and emerging gaps and barriers to training and employment through action research

Work with mainstream providers and working with employers to highlight the labour market issues for minority ethnic people

Provide a first port-of call facility to build people's confidence before referring them to other agencies
-
Provide one-to-one support including job search assistance, career options for young people, guidance, CV preparation, mentoring and coaching.
