The People with Potential project provides employability interventions and key work sessions for up to 180 clients (over 3 years) who are vulnerable to homelessness and social exclusion. They will typically be unemployed and not in education, employment or training (NEET).
The project will also assist in the sustainability of accommodation as research demonstrates that people receiving support to access opportunities are more likely to sustain accommodation.
Referrals for the service come directly from the Homelessness Services in the Council area, through ARC and through the rent deposit scheme. Interventions include:

Participating in Breakthrough to Excellence programmes, designed to develop life skills and encourage new thinking techniques
