If you live in one of the priority areas and want to find out what this project is doing specifically in your area, please contact Liz Paton|.

This project aims to work with young people who, for a variety of social, emotional and competency reasons, are unable to access or sustain involvement on other employability interventions.

The project will aim to develop and support the personal and social development of targeted pupils to enable effective engagement with structured employability provision.

The project will deliver a range of focussed learning and development opportunities that:

  • Are flexible and accessible
  • Engage young people in the design of the learning provision
  • Provide sufficient variety and quality of provision to engage the client group
  • Support young people and families at the point of transition
  • Include families in the development and learning process
  • Provides key worker support.
