If you wish to object to any application made in terms of The Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 you require do so in writing, setting out the ground for the objection and lodge this with the Clerk to the Board, Licensing Section, Abbotsford House, Davids Loan, Falkirk FK2 7YZ. A copy of the objection must be forwarded to the applicant at the address shown in the advert.
