Miscellaneous Permits are required for:

Registration of Societies, and the use of

Council owned open air facilities.
Administration work in support of these is undertaken by the Licensing Section.
Licences and registrations for the sale and storage of Explosives, Fireworks and Petroleum licences are dealt with by the Trading Standards Team|.
Animal Welfare premises| (Animal boarding establishments (kennels, catteries), Dog breeders, Horse riding establishments; Pet shops; Dangerous wild animals, are licensed by the Environmental Protection Unit.
