If your problem is complex or requires further investigation Consumer Direct will refer your complaint to our specialist Consumer Advisers based at Abbotsford House.
A member of our advice team will then investigate your complaint, offer further advice and where appropriate mediate in your dispute. Criminal matters will be referred to our enforcement team for further investigation.
