Within Development Services, we have tried to make the Development Control function as open and accessible as possible. For ease of public access, we operate a duty rota, which provides a point of contact during normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm). The Duty Officer is available to meet with you, or to take your telephone calls.
The diverse nature of development proposals, however, means that advice given will be general in nature. If you wish to discuss development proposals in detail, or raise specific issues concerning a current application, it is best to contact a Planning Officer from the appropriate area team and arrange a meeting.
