In common with the Scottish Government Falkirk Council prefers you to submit your application electronically using the ePlanning Scotland website|.
If you do need to use a paper forms please ensure that you have downloaded and completed all the relevant documentation.
The application forms have been approved for use within all Planning Authorities in Scotland. If you require pre-printed copies of the forms please contact us on 01324 504740.
Once you have the form you will need to complete all the sections. Each forms package will also include ownership and notification certificates to be completed where appropriate. Guidance notes can also be downloaded from the list provided, however should you require any further assistance please contact us on the number above. You must attach the correct fee and the necessary supporting information. The application should then be sent to the Planning Authority.
