The purpose of Falkirk Council's emergency plans is to provide a sound basis for the management of the Council response to emergency situations, while continuing to deliver its normal day-to-day services.
In order to lessen the effects of an emergency on people, property and the environment, our plans are flexible enough to adapt to a range of emergency situations and allow us to co-ordinate our response with the Emergency Services and integrate with the plans of other responding agencies.
