If you suspect that you or the environment may be affected by contamination, you can contact the Contaminated Land Team based at Abbotsford House, David’s Loan, Falkirk, FK2 7YZ on 01324 504930 or 01324 504779 who will be able to provide advice.
Interested parties are able to request information held by the Council through the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004| subject to the exclusions detailed in the Acts and any charges that may be payable.
Falkirk Council will generally respond to all enquiries within 20 working days.
Where information is required that is commercially sensitive, permission from the owners will be sought prior to the information being released.
