The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR)
Employers and other people with a duty to report under RIDDOR are invited to route their reports via a single contact centre web site|.

If you report an accident in premises where Falkirk Council is the enforcing authority, you may receive a visit from an Officer from the Food and Safety Regulation Unit.
