Falkirk Area Biodiversity Action Plan

Falkirk Biodiversity Action Plan FRont Cover|
Production of the Falkirk Area Biodiversity Action Plan is an important step towards ensuring that locally we take responsibility for our wonderful variety of living things. It aims to ensure that our variety of life is protected and enhanced through focused, local action.

The complete Falkirk Area Biodiversity Action Plan consists of an introductory section and individual action plans for over 100 important habitats and species. These individual action plans will be produced over a period of five years with new sets added annually from 2002. At present the document includes individual action plans for 11 habitats and 17 species.

If you would like a copy of the strategy on CD please contact the Falkirk Area Biodiversity Officer on 01324 504863 or e-mail your name and address to: planenv@falkirk.gov.uk|
