Falkirk Council's Outdoor Access Team runs a lot of projects to help you get out and about to enjoy your local area - from simple countryside paths to delivering large networks linking the canals, disused railways, and paths around our parks and open spaces.
Working with all sorts of organisations like Central Scotland Forest Trust, Forestry Commission and Callander Estate, we have established path networks throughout the area. We are also working together to link up many of the existing facilities and paths around local communities.
There are plenty of paths waiting for you and your boots, bike or horse, many of which are right on your doorstep.
Find out more about horse access opportunities on the Falkirk Area Riders Access Group (FARAG) website at www.farag.org.uk|.
