Planning brief for school and associated residential development sites (Community Schools 2008 Project).
Through its Community Schools 2008 Project, Falkirk Council is committed to the replacement of four of its existing high schools. Outline Planning Permission was granted between November 2004 and April 2005 for the replacement schools and associated residential development sites. Development Services has now prepared a Planning Brief, which was subject to consultation during summer 2005 and approved by the Council on 13th September 2005.
The brief covers the five relevant sites:

Herbertshire Playing Fields.
It provides guidance on issues such as building form, landscape and open space, vehicular and pedestrian access and other infrastructure issues.
