This year’s housing land audit was produced in June 2011.
It shows that the Falkirk Council area as a whole has sufficient housing sites within the housing land audit to build 2817 units within the next five years and additional sites for 5055 units for a further five years and 11049 in total.
This forms part of the Structure Plan requirement to 2020 which also includes completions from 2001.
