In preparing the Falkirk Council Structure Plan, Falkirk Council has a statutory duty under Section 8 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 to carry out adequate publicity. Falkirk Council is also required to prepare a statement describing the steps taken to secure adequate publicity and consultation.This Statement of Publicity has been published to meet this requirement.
