I & H Brown have submitted a proposal of application notice for a development to the north of Kilsyth Road Banknock comprising:

the formation of residential development

neighbourhood centre including retail and community uses

access junctions

new access roads
-
associated roads and infrastructure including a sustainable urban drainage scheme

hard and soft landscaping
-
open space; footpaths
-
woodland planting
-
a temporary construction compound.
As part of the consultation requirements under the 2006 Planning etc (Scotland) Act I & H Brown have held two separate consultation events on 29th October and 8th December at Banknock Community Hall.

I & H Brown intend to submit an application for Planning Permission in Principle early 2010, at which time there will be an opportunity to make formal representations to Falkirk Council.
