The Network Team is responsible for the management of the local road network in the Falkirk Council area. This includes:

the design and siting of traffic signs and traffic signals

controlling traffic movements including routing abnormal loads

on-street parking; off street parking; disabled parking bays

maintaining the list of Public Roads and the Local Street Gazetteer

street naming and numbering
Responsibility for management and maintenance of the motorways and trunk roads belongs to Transport Scotland| the national transport agency of the Scottish Executive. To report defects call the Scottish Trunk Road helpline 0800 028 1414.
