Falkirk Council wants to make shopping and visiting Falkirk an even more pleasant experience.
Falkirk West (Carmuirs) Park and Ride means that visitors and shoppers can save time and frustration when trying to park by using the new Park and Ride site at the west side of the town.
The Park and Ride site enjoys spectacular views of the Falkirk Wheel, is protected by CCTV and has 300 spaces. Parking is free and the bus services (numbers 1 and 2) run from inside the car park, leaving every 10 minutes between 7.30am and 6.00pm.
The bus takes you right into the centre of Falkirk for only £2 return per adult and £1 return for children aged 5 years or over. Parking is free.
Additional park and ride arrangements are made during the Christmas shopping period each year.
