The partnership will enable delivery of quality services, to give children the best start in life. These services will be affordable and available, to meet the childcare needs of families who choose to access them.
The partnership will work together to realise our vision by:-

engaging with families and young people, employers and others interested in childcare to plan suitable services

offering full accessibility of services by promoting the Childcare Information Service

promoting initial and on-going training for the childcare workforce

promoting best practice by supporting the continuous development of workers and procedures

accessing and researching adequate funding to implement childcare initiatives

promoting within organisations and agencies an understanding of the impact of childcare services on work/life balance

continually auditing the balance of supply and demand for childcare services in each locality

contribute to the Council's Children's Services Plan
