The Falkirk Council Virtual Teacher Centre| is a curriculum website for staff and pupils in the Falkirk area. 

There are now a growing number of internet websites containing a wealth of material for education. By promoting this material on the internet, it is available to all people with access to the World Wide Web. It can be accessed in schools, homes, libraries and other centres. 

The World Wide Web is an ideal medium for promoting the sharing of resources and good practice.

There are areas for Early Years, Primary and Secondary and each area has links to websites used by Falkirk Teachers. This enables staff in schools to give pupils very quick access to sites that have been recommended by Falkirk Teachers and will be limited to fit into their programmes of study.

A more comprehensive list of all available sites for topics can be accessed through 5-14 online or other local authority websites. The pupil area is available to all users of the internet.
