The Work Experience programme provides a unique opportunity which we cannot reproduce within a school environment.
It allows our young people to have a first hand experience of the world of work and to learn from employers and employees about the skills, knowledge and attitudes they will require to make a successful transition into the workplace.
It also allows them to identify areas for personal development and to make informed career choices.
