Educational Assessment Unit

The Education Assessment Unit is located in a rural setting, approximately 3 miles from the centre of Falkirk.
Pupils referred to the Education Assessment Unit are identified as having social, emotional or behavioural difficulties requiring special educational input but these pupils rarely have a Record of Needs.
The Education Assessment Unit links with all secondary schools within the Falkirk Council area.
The role of the Education Assessment Unit is that of a Secondary Day Unit offering both full-time and part-time placements within the Unit or shared placements between the EAU and mainstream secondaries.
