Beancross Primary School is a non-denominational primary school, situated in the town of Grangemouth, which is approximately 4 miles to the east of Falkirk.

Beancross Primary School was opened in 1959. The school has classes from Primary 1 to Primary 7. It is a modern building with 15 classroom areas, a well-stocked library, 2 resource rooms, a gym hall, changing rooms, a large hall which serves also as a dining room, 5 cloak areas and 5 toilet blocks for pupils, a medical room, 4 small offices and a staff room.

Extra-curricular activities at Beancross

We are fortunate in being able to provide a variety of clubs and activities where particular interests can be fostered under the supervision of members of the staff between 3.15pm and 4.30pm. At present the following activities are being enjoyed: Basketball, Football, Problem Solving, Chess, Cross Country Club and Writing club.

A Breakfast Club operates in the morning from 8.30–8.55am where children enjoy a healthy breakfast and can enjoy playing games or get support with homework activities. You can download a breakfast menu from the Catering Services| Page.
