Larbert Village Primary
Head Teacher/Manager:
Ms Charlette Robertson

Larbert Village Primary School is situated in Main Street, Larbert near Larbert Cross. Pupils access the school in the quieter Eastcroft Street. We are 3 miles from Falkirk town centre and we are on regular bus routes to Stirling, Denny, Grangemouth and Falkirk. We are also 200 metres from the local railway station, with direct trains to Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling.

The original building was opened in 1891. Since then there have been refurbishments in 1950 and 2000. Additions were made to the building in 1987 and 2000. Three classes are currently accommodated in mobile classrooms with a separate mobile unit housing the nursery class.

Our nursery provides a 2.5 hour session in the morning and a second 2.5 hour session in the afternoon for a maximum of 30 children at a time. Children will benefit from the high quality experience that will enhance their social, emotional and intellectual development. More information can be found on the Childcare and preschool pages|.

Larbert is a thriving, growing community with a large number of new houses being built within the school’s catchment area.

A wide range of local businesses supports the village. There is also a large industrial estate that has a number of new technology units, including call centres.
