Nethermains Primary School is a non-denominational primary school, situated in a rural location in the town of Denny. Denny is approximately 6 miles from Falkirk Town Centre.
Nethermains Primary is an inclusive school, providing an environment in which each child has opportunities to develop in all aspects of growth – physical, social, cultural and emotional.
The school provides a curriculum for each child from Nursery to Primary 7 which is suited to his/her needs and abilities. This consists of a broad range of activities and experiences which are carefully planned to ensure that each child makes progress, according to their individual strengths and needs throughout the stages of the school each child achieves in Nethermains Primary.
Children are encouraged to think about others, both in school and in the wider community. We foster participation and interest in the events of the wider and global community. This enriches the quality of life for all, developing positive values, good attitudes and healthy lifestyles in each individual, and ensures that pupils are prepared for their roles as citizens of the 21st century.
