St Mary’s School is a Catholic school serving the town of Bo’ness, which is located to the east of Falkirk. The school is situated centrally within the town, near to several new housing developments.
The present roll is 163 children in the primary department. There is also a non-denominational nursery class attached, which can cater for 120 children. Currently there are 40 children in the nursery, which offers 2.5 hours of pre-school education sessions each week.

The school was built in the 1950s and has eight classrooms, a computer suite, a technology room, a library, two resource rooms, a P.E. hall and dining room.
All staff in the school encourage the children to achieve the best they can, through an appropriate curriculum, a caring environment and an ethos that encourages everyone to respect and care for each other.
There is a range of extra curricular activities available for pupils after school.
