The village of Brightons lies on the eastern outskirts of Falkirk, ten minutes from the centre of the town. It has easy access from the M8 motorway, the main Glasgow-Edinburgh link. The railway station at Polmont is within walking distance.
Wallacestone Primary is a large non-denominational primary school accommodating up to 651 primary pupils and 80 nursery pupils on a part day basis. The original building was opened in October 1964.
An extension - housing ten classrooms, open areas and offices which opened in February 1996 with a further completed extension completed in August 2008 providing 8 new classrooms.
Nursery education is available offering 2½ hour pre-school education sessions per week. Children will benefit from the high quality experience which will enhance their social, emotional and intellectual development.
