We offer various ways to pay your Council House/lockup rent, Council Tax, non-domestic rates, sundry accounts, Council parking fines or any other bills you are due to pay the Council.
N.B. credit card payments cannot be accepted for payment of non-domestic rates or business rental accounts.
By Direct Debit
This is the easiest way to pay. Simply download and complete a mandate. For Council Tax you can also call your Local Finance Office, to arrange this over the phone without filling in any forms.
At any Falkirk Council One Stop Shop
You can pay by cash, cheque, postal order and by Debit or Credit card at any of our offices|.

Please have your Council House/lockup rent, Council Tax, non-domestic rates and/or sundry accounts account number ready when you call (open 8.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday, except bank holidays).

Please write your Council House/lockup rent, Council Tax, non-domestic rates and/or sundry accounts account number, your name and address on the back of your cheque.
Via the internet
You can pay 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by debit card through the Council's website.
You can use this facility to pay Council Tax, Council House/lockup rent, non-domestic rates or sundry accounts.
If you choose to continue|, you will then leave the Falkirk Council web site and be transferred into Alliance & Leicester's secure site to enable you to make your payment. Please have your account number (as shown on your bill) to hand.
By bankers Standing Order
You should contact your local One-Stop-Shop| if you wish to pay by this method.
At any Post Office
You can pay your Council House/lockup rent, Council Tax or non-domestic rates by cash, cheque, or postal order at any Post Office in the UK. (Falkirk Council has to pay a fee for every payment you make at a Post Office. Therefore, if it is convenient, you can help us save money by paying at a One Stop Shop instead of at a Post Office.)
