We provide a range of day to day housing functions from locally based Neighbourhood Offices/One Stop Shops| located throughout the Falkirk Council area. These include:

advice and information on your housing options

advice and information on tenancy changes

responding to repair requests

dealing with neighbour problems

dealing with estate management issues such as stair cleaning, refuse disposal, vandalism and graffiti.
Our offices have private interview rooms and access for people with disabilities. Staff at these offices are trained to provide a range of information and advice on housing issues. Staff can also visit you at home.
