You can pass on any enquiries, suggestions, comments or compliments to either:

your Neighbourhood Officer or, depending on the service you have used, staff in the Accommodation Resource Centre (ARC), the Private Sector Team, the Conflict Resolution Team or the Strategic Support Unit

the manager of any of the above teams
