The Local Housing Strategy Update, 2005 reports on progress on the LHS and includes new targets that have emerged from developments since the publication of the LHS.

This Update includes the latest position in terms of energy efficiency (Appendix 6|) and fuel poverty (Appendix 7|). It also looks at the emerging issue of affordability of housing in the local area (Appendix 8|) and plans to improve private sector housing in the area (Appendix 10|).
