Landlord Forum
Falkirk Council will be holding its next landlord forum on Tuesday 16 September 2008 from 6.30pm until 8.30pm in Falkirk Town Hall, Lesser Room.
This event will be jointly chaired by Mary Armitage, Falkirk Council and John Blackwood, Scottish Association of Landlords. Guest speakers will announced in due course.
This is an exciting event that will provide you with the opportunity to work in partnership with the Private Sector Section. Places at this will be limited and should be reserved.

Scottish Government consultation on the registration of private landlords
The Scottish Government has a consultation under way on Registration of Private Landlords: Consulting on Amendment of Secondary Legislation under the Antisocial Behaviour etc (Scotland) Act 2004. The consultation can be viewed online at the Scottish Government website|.
The consultation period runs from 18 July until 10 October 2008.
