Housing and Social Work Services provide a wide range of support and services for those living in the Falkirk area, including:

• services to protect children and to support families who may be experiencing difficulties
• services for adults who are in need of additional care and support
• helping to rehabilitate offenders in order to make the community a safer place to live
• advice on debt, welfare benefits, how to maximise your income, and carers' rights
• services for council tenants, including repairs and maintenance, dealing with antisocial behaviour etc.
• encouraging tenants to get involved in their estate and environment
• advice and information on housing options and allocation of houses
• services for homeless people
• housing investment, partnership work, and performance and information
