Awards are made annually to individuals, groups, clubs or teams resident in the area who have achieved Scottish, British or higher recognition, normally through competition in sports, the arts or other fields of activity and to those who have made a significant contribution to the community.
Nominations will be assessed by a panel of representatives from Falkirk Council, Falkirk District Sports Council and Falkirk & District Arts & Civic Council.
Sports Council Awards are made annually to winners in various categories as judged by a panel.
