If you purchase your home there is a requirement to repay the Council part of the discount you obtain if you conclude a contract to sell your home within three years of the date of acceptance of the offer to buy. The discount you will require to repay and when is shown in the table below.
It is important that you speak to a solicitor before you market your home in order that the discount position may be confirmed.
