We have been monitoring the Local Development Plan for a number of years by assessing progress against 56 key indicators from the existing Local Development Plan, which was adopted in 2015.
The Development Plan Monitoring Report provides an overview of the demographics, housing, infrastructure, retail, economic and environmental trends within the area. The report monitors how well our Development Plan policies are performing overall.
