Maddiston East Development Framework

We published the Consultative Draft Maddiston East Development Framework in June 2016 and undertook a 6 week consultation; a finalised Development Framework was subsequently produced. This document was approved by the Council's Executive on 29 November 2016 and now forms Supplementary Planning Guidance.

The Development Framework provides guidance for landowners and developers on the various environmental and infrastructure constraints, and the factors which affect each of these development sites will be need to be addressed.
