The Welfare Benefits Advice Service provides:

advice on a wide range of welfare benefits

help so that you can make a claim

benefit checks to make sure you are claiming your full entitlement

representation if you want to dispute a decision about your benefits

appointments and home visits
The Welfare Benefits Helpline offers advice that is free, confidential, impartial, and independent.

If your enquiry can't be dealt with over the phone, we can arrange to see you in a local office to discuss your enquiry. Home visits can be arranged in exceptional circumstances.
