People have very individual reasons for using this service and, as such, each person will require a very individual form of support. For instance, some people may live with a family member whilst some may live alone.
Everyone who uses the service will have received a diagnosis concerning their memory loss or confusion. You will be allocated a support worker who will have knowledge and understanding of what this involves and will be especially sensitive to both your physical and emotional needs.
What do we do?
We aim to provide support to enable people to enjoy the everyday things in life, such as sharing a meal, chatting, enjoying the garden and going out.
We can also provide support to enable you to continue with everyday living skills such as preparing a meal, having a bath, doing housework or taking your medication.
