The support workers will be as different as the people they support, each with their own background, interests, family life and personality.
We try hard to match people so that they will get on together. To do this we would be grateful if you can tell us a bit about your likes, dislikes, the kind of routine you enjoy and something about your own background.
Individual support workers have been very carefully selected and trained. They are supported by the project workers from our service.
