This is a unique service for people with dementia who would benefit from spending short breaks in our carers' homes, living as part of their family. Your carers can then have a break whilst knowing that the person they care for has chosen to spend time with a worker.
Due to the unique and personal nature of this arrangement, it's important to take time to match the carer and the person they will care for. We try to link people who have similar interests and backgrounds.
