Partnership in Practice agreement
In 2000 the Scottish Government published the national review of learning disability services (called 'Same as You'), which stated that each local authority and health board partners should draw up a 'Partnership in Practice' agreement, outlining how they were going to develop and improve learning disability services within their local area.
